L’art comme cognition incarnée – Art as embodied cognition « L’art comme cognition incarnée » Appel à présentation d’affiches (English follows) Hexagram, en collaboration avec l'Institut des sciences cognitives (UQAM), organise un événement-rencontre sur le thème de « L’art comme cognition incarnée » qui se tiendra à Montréal les 16 et 17 mars 2017. L’objectif de cette rencontre est de réunir des chercheurs, des artistes et des étudiant.es de différentes disciplines et de créer un espace propice à la réflexion sur la relation entre les phénomènes cognitifs et artistiques. Cet axe inclut des notions comme la performativité et l’énaction; la temporalité, la dynamique et la processualité; la perception et l’affect. The aim of this meeting is to bring together researchers, artists and students from different disciplines and to create a space for reflection on the relationship between cognitive and artistic phenomena. You are invited to submit a proposal for a poster (or other visual or audio-visual medium) that presents the main lines of your research-creation in connection with the research axis «Direction, embodiment and movement». This axis includes notions such as performativity and enaction; Temporality, dynamics and processuality; Perception and affect.
